As a remote working business, and with the advent of much better collaborative tools, most roles can be virtually anywhere. Roles which are more customer facing and require that personal face to face relationship benefit (although not exclusively) from being closer from the major cities.
We do offer internships, work experience or placements from time to time and encourage the growth of talent in our industry. It's obviously a serious commitment to make to someone entering the market and we always balance the availability and ability to mentor against workload. We naturally get quite a lot of applicants when we post new roles and also go through quite a few interviews. Whilst we can't recruit everyone, we do keep hold of the candidates applications for future roles, if they are ok with us holding their information. You never know what may come up.
